My family absolutely loves sandwiches. There are times that we just get loads of different deli meats and make up some gourmet sandwiches for dinner. Sandwiches are a filling comfort food that are easy to make.
In the winter for an easy meal I make a nice soup in the instant pot and put together a couple of great sandwiches and it’s just the perfect meal to warm up to without spending loads of time in the kitchen.
