Here’s a look at Exotic weapons, armor, and class items coming in The Final Shape (arriving on June 4). All weapons and armor pieces shown below have either been revealed by Bungie or a creator in the community who went to Bungie’s studio to get an inside look at The Final Shape.

Fusion Rifle (Kinetic)

Property: Undecidable

This [weapon|instrument|topology] adapts its damage type to match your equipped subclass. Final blows grant grenade energy.

Property: Irreducible

[Alternate Weapon Action] : Consume your grenade to load a large [projectile|shape|language] that generates an elemental explosion on impact.

NOTE: This Exotic weapon is available in-game now with all pre-orders for The Final Shape + Annual Pass before June 4, 2024 (pick up from the Special Deliveries Kiosk in the Tower, or if from Shaw Han in the Cosmodrome if you are a new player).

Activating Ascension or Tempest Strike throws bouncing explosives at nearby targets that jolt and damage them. Jolting nearby targets grants you damage resistance.

Your Threaded Specter has increased duration and durability, and damaging it releases additional Threadlings. While near your Threaded Specter, you do not appear on radar.

Exotic Class Items▾

These new Exotic class items work specifically with the Prismatic subclass and will come with two random roll Exotic perks (inspired by a selection of other Exotic armor piece, even from different classes).

“That means a Hunter could have an Exotic cloak with some of the unique qualities of Assassin’s Cowl combined with parts of Liar’s Handshake. On the other hand, Warlocks could get an Exotic bond roll with perks of Apotheosis Veil and Star-Eater Scales and Titans could get an Exotic mark with parts of Ophidian Aspect and Precious Scars.”
