Can you wear a bra to Planet Fitness? ›

Members may exercise in a wide variety of attire. Crop tops, sports bras, bralettes, short shorts, long pants, collared shirts are all welcome!

Open-toed shoes or sandals pose a safety hazard for members working out; Jeans or pants with prominent grommets may damage equipment; and. Clothing/tattoos with hateful, lewd or offensive messaging undermines our welcoming environment.

Come dressed to work out or bring a lock to use on our lockers at each visit and change in our locker rooms! If you are going to take advantage of our shower facilities, be sure to bring your own towel, shampoo, and soap! A gym bag is helpful to carry everything you need as well!

Each room has a Total Body Enhancement machine, a chair for your belongings, paper towels, and sanitizer. Red light therapy is most effective when you expose as much skin as possible—you can strip out of all your clothes or leave your undergarments. Spreading your personal belongings all over the locker room like you own the place is a big no-no. Instead, keep your items in a locker, bringing only what you need with you to the gym.

Gyms can get busy, but it's polite to give other gym-goers as much space as you can. Try not to get on a bike or treadmill right next to someone if other machines are open. If you do have to squeeze in your cardio next to another person, keep your eyes on your own machine, TV screen, and workout stats.
