Yesterday Icame early, waited hour anhalf tonot beseen. Was late for work. Received acall from Lenox, apologizing and asking tocome back tomorrow. Was seen today, front desk girl was sweetheart and very caring. Quick wait time less than 10min, and X-ray tech was very professional. Thank you for reaching out and I’m happy Icame back.

I wish Icould give this place nostars! The “women” atthe front desk are soghetto and unprofessional. The women with the bob wig onwas speaking very nasty tothe point that Ididn’t feel comfortable giving any ofmy personal information tothem. Ihave been to2other lenox hill radiology places associated with them and did not feel like this Ijust felt souncomfortable with these rude women that idecided toleave and reschedule myappointment atthe downtown Brooklyn location orRalph ave. These unprofessional ladies are the worst. Make anappointment someplace else. Iforget toadd the reason left and left this review isbecause ididn’t know that you had tosign the sheet and wait tobe called after one the ladies asked me“do you have anappointment”? She said “sign the book and have aseat”. While Iwas walking away the lady with the wig onhad something tosay aboutme. Ididn’t come there tobe talked about and given dirty looks, that’s why Ileft this review and left the office.… – show

I had anappointment for4:30PM, Ihad toleave work early tocame at4like they asked tofill out paperwork, sat there for anhour after myappointment. When asked why I’m not being taken iwas told there are four more people infront ofme and that one oftheir technicians left earlier due toan emergency causing delays. Noone called meto ask tocome earlier/later orto reschedule the appointment. There was nocommunication from the staff. Ileft after waiting over anhour. This isa grandwaste oftime and the scheduling iscompletely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time coming here.… – show

The staff are nice. They need tolet patients know whether they need tosign indownstairs orupstairs. Last time, Iwaited for hours and almost didn't get seen because ofthat. The technician was kind enough toscan meeven though itwas very late. The office isclean, comfortable, and spacious but doesn't have anelevator; only stairs! They need towarn patients about this. Having touse the stairs was painful and difficult when Iwent there for the first time with aninjury. Ididn't get advanced warning and unfortunately needed toget scanned asap.… – show

I was taken great care ofduring myprocedure and after. The staffs members went above and beyond with explanation and taking care ofme. Ididn’t feel nervous atall because they put mymind atrest.

Apparently the technician called this radiology sick.. sothey canceled myappointment and gave mean appointment after 2weeks because they dont have adate.. nostand bytechnician orwas not helpful atall! Please don’t schedule anappointment here..
